The ASU is the largest union in Ansett with members Australia wide who worked at airports, in cargo, operations, reservations and head office before the airline's final collapse in February 2002. On this page we want to provide information to members on the resources that are available to assist members following the collapse of the Ansett group of companies.

An easy to use e-mail service is also available at http://groups.yahoo.com/group/ansettworkers

The Australian Council of Trade Unions (ACTU) website also has information on Ansett www.actu.asn.au.

The latest ASU National Ansett bulletins can also be accessed from this page (see link in right hand side bar).

Important Tax Information for Ansett Members

The Australian Taxation Office has prepared information for Ansett employees that will be useful at tax time.
