The ASU was involved in the Reasonable Hours Test Case which was decided in July 2002. We have some ideas about how workers can implement the decision to make real gains.

Commision's Decision on Reasonable Hours Gives Clerical Workers New Rights Against Unreasonable Employers
Paul Slape, National Secretary of the Australian Services Union (ASU) said that today's Australian Industrial Relations Commission decision gave Australia's clerical workers the chance to reign in growing demands from employers to work unreasonable working hours.
