"You're Gold if You're Fifteen Years Old" - This report commissioned by the NSW Teachers Federation found that young workers are far more likely to be scheduled for weekend and night shift work because they are a cheaper source of labor. The report also found that young workers were being asked to sign AWAs that removed penalty rates.
