Which award or agreement covers me?

Unfortunately, this is not an easy question to answer. This will depend on a number of factors including the State you work in, your industry and your employer. There are hundreds of awards and agreements which apply to particular industries, employers and groups of employees throughout Australia. Awards (and most agreements) are readily available on the Internet but it can be difficult to work out which one applies to you. Our web pages have direct links to many of them.
