National Conference 2004

The biennial ASU National Conference will this year be held in Sydney - Tuesday, October 19 to Thursday, October 21.

2004 National Conference opened by Aboriginal Leaders
The ASU National Conference 2004 commenced today in Sydney. Shane Williams and the Gamay Clan dancers from the Gadigal Clan of the Eora Nation opened conference with traditional welcome to land.

The state of Public Services
The future of ASU members is closely linked to the heart of our public services. A large number of ASU members are employed in public services, health, water, local government, social & community services, electricity and transport.
