All employee organisations (unions) registered under the Fair Work (Registered Organisations) Act 2009 are governed by rules which set out the way they are run and are responsible to their members. You can find the Rules of the ASU on the Fair Work Australia - Registered Organisations website. To ensure good governance within unions, we must lodge documents as required by the Fair Work (Registered Organisations) Act 2009 and the Fair Work (Registered Organisations) Regulations 2009.
