From the website: "Australia faces a great challenge to better manage our scarce water resources, now and into the future. The Australian Government is committed to achieving environmentally sustainable water resource management. As part of the $2 billion Australian Government Water Fund, the Community Water Grants (CWG) will make a real difference in the way communities use our water resources. $200 million over five years has been made available for grants of up to $50,000 to eligible applicants for practical on-ground projects that will result in wise water use and involve local communities."
