ASU Official Heads to the Commission
Industrial Relations Minister Della Bosca has appointed Alastair Macdonald of the NSW C&A Branch of the ASU to the Industrial Relations Commission of NSW. Alastair will take up his appointment on 4 February 2002.

NSW Family Day Care Workers - now it's time for a fair go
The ASU has been concerned at the plight of Family Day Care Workers in New South Wales, who unlike those that work in other areas of NSW local government, or have a day to day "employment" relationship with a council, have no rights of appeal against deregistration or removal from Family Day Care provision.
