AaE EBA Approved – Now for the Money
After considering both the On and Off Airport Enterprise Agreements at AAE, ASU covered staff have voted in favour of the agreements. While the vote was not unanimous the margin was significant and satisfies the requirements of the Workplace Relations Act that provide that a majority of employees affected by the agreements must vote in favour of the agreements so they can be approved. 22 May 2002 [full story]
AaE EBA for Vote
The Australian Air Express Enterprise Bargaining Agreement (EBA) has now been finalised and will be distributed by the Company ready for a vote after 14 days. 22 October 2003 [full story]

AaE staff endorse Pre-WorkChoices EBA
In a resounding endorsement of the ASU’s strategy to finalise pre WorkChoices EBAs with AaE, we can now report that AaE staff have approved the new EBAs for On Airport and Off Airport Staff at Australian Air Express in separate votes for each EBA. 92.3% of the staff who voted in the On Airport EBA ballot voted yes, while in the Off Airport EBA ballot 85.7% approved the agreement. 20 January 2006 [full story]
