Jetstar delegates make big plans

ASU delegates meet company for first 2009 consultation

94% vote for Jetstar EBA
The Jetstar ballot has now been counted and 94% of the staff who cast a vote (i.e. 65% of Jetstar staff) voted YES to the Jetstar/ASU EBA 3.

Jetstar's announcement that all international cabin crew staff will be forced to sign pay cutting AWA individual contracts shows the real unfairness of the Federal Government's new IR laws the ACTU said today. Update on Jetstar International
ASU representatives met with Jetstar Human Resources on 1 August 2006 to discuss a number of matters including the arrangements that are to be put into place for the check-in, ground handling operations and head office for Jetstar International. The meeting had been scheduled for 21 July 2006 but was postponed at Jetstar’s request.
