Join the Workers Out! 2006 Mardi Gras float! The combined union movement is again taking part in the New Mardi Gras Parade in Sydney on Saturday 4 March 2006.

This year's Workers Out! float is very exciting! We've gone all out and have decorated a truck with lights, bells, whistles, a funky theme song and Sharan Burrow atop. There'll be dancers: beautiful boys and girls and, of course, all of you, our marchers. Aural and visual HEAVEN!

We can't wait to meet you on March 4, you will receive your directions for the Parade both at the hotel and in the marshalling area.

If you are a union member and want to join in the Parade and bring along your friends and family, terrific!

To participate in the Workers Out! float, all you wll need to wear is something black on the bottom and a pink, green, orange or yellow "Your Rights at Work" t-shirt.

"Your Right at Work" t-shirts can be purchased in advance for $10 from UnionsNSW, 10th floor, 377-383 Sussex Street, Sydney NSW 2000.

We'll also have a small supply of t-shirts available at the meeting place and in the marshalling area.

Meet us at the Star Hotel, corner Sussex and Goulburn Streets Sydney at 5.00pm, Saturday, March 4, 2006.

At the hotel you will receive your parade entrant's wristband and marching instructions.
