2006 ASU National Conference: building power in our workplaces and communities
The ASU National Conference 2006 commenced today in Sydney. Deliberations will be based on the key theme of building power in our workplaces and communities. What kind of society do you want to live in?

International connections help us fight the good fight
A number of international guests have added an important dimension to the deliberations of ASU National Conference 2006. The ASU has always recognised our role as part of a network of solidarity spanning all parts of the world, but each year this network becomes more and more crucial to our work. The contribution of guests from the United Kingdom and Japan has helped delegates to see how the ASU can be "building power" in our international community. November 23, 2006
