ASU members at Maurice Blackburn have now endorsed our log of claims for our new Maurice Blackburn Enterprise Agreement.
The ASU has now served the log of claims on the company so we are now ready to start bargaining.
Our first meeting with the company reps is scheduled for the 7th October 2015 and we expect to set a program of meeting dates to work through our claim and understand what, if any, claims the company is making.
Communication is key
Your National Negotiating Team (NNT) believe communication will be key to our success during our negotiations and so we intend to issue regular bulletins and updates for members after most meetings.
Make sure you check our regular bulletins and if you have comments or questions let your local ASU NNT member or delegate know.
