That was the clear message that the JTG National Negotiating Team (NNT) have sent to management at the two most recent EBA meetings on 3rd and 25th September 2012.
At our last meeting we tabled a comprehensive pay structure with transparent pay steps which we say reflect our true worth and the market rates. If you would like a copy of what we gave the company talk to your local organiser or delegate.
The company said they would take this information away and study it and be in a position to respond at the next meeting on Friday 26th October 2012 in Sydney.
We know the company will try and say there is no money but we know we are worth more and now it's time to send to send a strong message to management that we need a better pay out come.
What can you do?
Now is the time to stand up and say we are worth more by displaying a campaign sign in your work place.
