Your Chance For Change at Flight Centre

05 July 2018 By ASU

Your Chance For Change at Flight CentreFlight Centre wants to make changes to your wages and conditions through a new Flight Centre Agreement. The agreement would include things like base pay, rosters, sick leave and annual leave.

It’s really exciting- and a little scary

  • Is it time for a better base rate?
  • What changes do you want to your working hours?
  • How could your working day be made better?

This is your chance to put forward the changes you want to see at Flight Centre.

And we’ll be there

The Australian Services Union (ASU), the union for travel consultants, will be part of the negotiations of the new Flight Centre Agreement on behalf of members, representing the changes members want to see.

ASU? What?

Unions are workers who join together to improve their wages and working conditions.

The ASU is made up of travel industry professionals just like you. Our members work in Flight Centre, Student Flights, Helloworld, QBT, Webjet, Qantas Airways, Jetstar, Virgin Australia, Singapore Airlines, Emirates, and a host of other travel companies.

The ASU employs a team of experts around the country to give advice about your rights at work, support and represent you if you have a workplace issue and of course negotiate with employers for new agreements.

When you’re a union member there’s always someone by your side.
