MAXNetWork Bargaining Survey

MAXNetWork staff from all divisions would be aware that the MAXNetWork Collective Agreement 2009 expires in July 2014 and management have commenced staff consultation about bargaining.

Negotiations are scheduled to commence on 2nd & 3rd April 2014 in Brisbane.

An enterprise agreement is a legally enforceable document which provides you with wages and conditions specific to your employer.

Management have canvassed with staff splitting bargaining outcomes into 2 agreements with drafts prepared covering:

  • Health Professionals
  • Employment / Training staff
